About the Role As a Pricing Data Analyst for our International Acquiring team, you will be a key actor to shape the pricing of new onboarded customers, and will define internal processes to assess and validate current pricing for our existing book. You will be able to craft MI pricing dashboards which will help us to define our future key tracking tool. The role is varied, dealing with big sets of data and requires an eagle eye to identify changes in trends when performing analytical tasks. You will help us with month-end activities but also shaping and leading repricing exercises for our customers. You will report in to the Senior Pricing Relationship Manager, and you will work closely with our MNC Sales and Data teams. This position is open to being located in Leicester, United Kingdom, Dublin, Ireland or Barcelona, Spain. The position is hybrid-based. Responsibilities: Production, maintenance and ownership of key data sets that will facilitate the management of current and new pricing of customers Preparation of key outcomes as part of the month-end process for the IA business. Ensure that Scheme Fees are up-to-date in our current trackers Produce customer impact analysis of changes on i) Scheme Fees, ii) Service Fees and, iii) Interchange Fees Ensure pricing models are always up-to-date, and support appropriate enhancements to models Data extraction and synthesis from various sources, and constantly ensure expected costs are captured Work reports from third party processors to validate correct Scheme fees and Interchange costs are applied Work on price system changes and ensure accuracy, testing and validation with third party processors Support the production of the necessary material when a reprice project is due Support the completion of RfPs in accordance with each specific country's requirements Engage directly with Schemes and other third parties whenever necessary Support internal/external customer queries from cross functional departments About You Minimum 3 years experience in a pricing and/or data analyst role Knowledge of Card Acquiring, especially Scheme and Interchange fees (desirable) Knowledge of Microsoft Access and Excel. Familiarity with Google business tools, and ideally SQL language Strong financial and analytical skills, and ability to manipulate large quantities of data Ability to identify impacts from complex scheme documentation, and ability to question and foresee challenges Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High standards in professionalism and customer service Proven change management skills What’s in it for you?
