TITLE: Sales Operations Coordinator
LOCATION: Lebanon, NH (semi-remote 1 day a week in the office)

ROLE OVERVIEW
Global Rescue seeks an entry-level teammate to support our commercial (government and enterprise) sales team as we expand our pipeline of potential customers. Your responsibilities will range from sales content creation and upkeep, to prospect research and outreach, proposal support, and CRM management. You will be a great candidate if you are a confident and curious multi-tasker with a bias towards measurable success who wants exposure to many parts of the sales and marketing process at an agile and growing company. Your contributions to long-term team success will bring opportunity to further focus on your chosen areas of interest and advance from within.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the sales team in customer research, outreach, and strategy development as we grow our presence in new vertical markets
- Help organize and keep current our growing library of compelling sales content and tools
- Hands-on contribution to the production of winning proposals and sales presentations
- Learn federal government procurement databases and tools in order to identify potential customers and funding
- Support reporting efforts by inputting, reviewing, and maintaining CRM data
- Willingness to help in any area of sales when needed – commercial sales, member services, account management, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1-4 years of experience in a sales or marketing role
- Professional experience and/or major in communications, business, supporting a services company, or similar
- Passion for learning new concepts and measuring your results
- Ability to collaborate and take direction from supervisors and colleagues
- Basic Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge preferred
