Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Care: Conduct thorough hearing evaluations, including sound field, air and bone conduction, SRT, LDL, MCL, and speech testing.
- Hearing Solutions: Recommend and fit hearing instruments tailored to each patient's unique hearing needs and lifestyle.
- Follow-Up Care: Provide ongoing patient support, including regular check-ups and maintenance care to ensure long -term satisfaction throughout the hearing aid purchase process.
- Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, manage assistant staff and maintain a professional work environment.
- Financial Performance: Ensure the clinic meets financial goals and tracking the success of marketing initiatives.
- A current license to dispense hearing instruments in Oregon (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Previous experience in hearing aid dispensing and/or fitting.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain test results clearly to patients.
- A professional demeanor and the ability to manage office operations effectively.
- Physical ability to stand or sit for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
