Summary of Role: The Global Incentives & Recoveries Director is responsible for leading the worldwide communication, establishment of expectations, collaboration and compliance for Germany, USA, Singapore and other geographies. This position is responsible for achieving results through a global-matrixed team of Government Affairs, Manufacturing Operations, Tax, Accounting and Legal. A successful candidate will be skilled in diverse thinking, innovation and in driving standardization and compliance while maximizing recoveries in partnership with Governments and GF Customers around the world. Essential Responsibilities: Collaborating with the C-Suite Executives to develop and implement an incentives’ targets and maintaining a five year roadmap strategy to deliver the committed outcomes Creating transparency and accountability via executive KPIs linked to maximizing recovery value Leading the global compliance process to fulfill in country filing and reporting requirements including regular internal testing of compliance Identify, design and implement continuous process improvements that increase the velocity of ideation to recoveries collection. Manage the timely filing of grant applications Maintain master data records and contracts Liaison with business to strategize and support milestone execution External benchmarking of results Other Responsibilities: Works on complex problems where analysis of situations requires an evaluation of tangible and intangible factors. Exercises judgment in areas outside of broadly defined practices and policies in developing methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Intermediate level of geographic complexity. Plans, directs and is accountable for all activities and results of multiple geographies spanning several functions. Establishes organizational procedures and plans, consistent with corporate policy. Interprets, executes, and recommends modifications to corporate policy. Provides leadership, direction and strategy development and makes final administrative or operational decisions within level of authority or, as applicable, recommends course of action on matters affecting the organization managed. Work is performed without appreciable direction and is reviewed from a quarterly or project basis. Required qualifications: Requires functional expertise, broad company knowledge and additional industry or business knowledge. BS with 5 to 7 yrs or more experience in relevant fields, or MBA with 3yrs experience Expected Salary Range $142,500.00 - $263,300.00 The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
