Job Description
GlobalSourceIT has a direct client looking to add an experienced HR IT Project Manager to their team. This person will lead a Time and Attendance project and needs to have experience with HRIT systems, especially Time and Attendance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Develop and communicate project strategy with leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Create project plans to fit requirements from stakeholders and clients.
- Manage and direct multiple vendors, acting as the main point of contact.
- Maintain change management, mitigate risks, and minimize impact.
- Report on status and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Direct project budget and resources.
- Maintenance of project plan and charter.
Qualifications:
- Experience with Project management methodologies (Waterfall and Agile).
- Experience with Project Management tracking tools such as Clarity, Microsoft Project and Jira.
- PMP Certification is required.
- HRIT experience is required.
