We are hiring an OCM Specialist to assist with various projects related to a large technology modernization initiative for a direct client on the East Coast. You will partner with cross-functional teams and the system implementation partners to develop and deliver OCM, training and communications.

Job Details
- 4-6 months to fill-in for a full-time employee
- 100% Remote
- Must reside in PA, MD, VA, DE, NJ, NY or WV.
Technology Modernization Projects
- WMS Modernization - Project planning & execution for OCM, training and communications
- HRIT - Go-Live October 2nd, 2023 = Training and communications needed
- Data-Driven Inventory - Sustainment and advisory to business owners as needed
OCM Responsibilities:
- Create an OCM strategy, build an action plan, including assessments, change impacts, and readiness
- Develop and execute the design, development, delivery, and management of training and communications.
- Communicate relevant project information to the OCM Manager, system implementation partners, project team members, and other stakeholders.
- Provide coaching to Executives, Managers, and staff to help coach their teams through transitions
- Create and implement effective feedback and metrics to identify and report awareness, understanding, buy-in, and ownership of change, along with a process to handle potential and-or expressed resistance
- Ability to influence stakeholders and build credibility quickly
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree and progressive career in OCM
- Knowledge of Prosci ADKAR or other OCM Methodologies
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Training development, instructional designand delivery
- Excellent active listening skills; flexible, adaptable, and resilient
- Forward-looking outlook for an enterprise approach
- Training tools used include; Cognition, Captivate, Camtasia, Teams Forms and Survey Monkey
