Requirements
We are searching for a candidate with:
- 2-5 years of work experience in an administrative or office management role

Duties and Responsibilities
A typical day may include:
- Purchasing, tracking the use of, and distributing supplies
- Procuring maintenance and repairs of buildings, spaces, and their systems, such as electrical, mechanical, and plumbing
- Ordering replacement equipment, such as copiers and computers
- Developing, filing, and organizing personnel records, such as workflow, vendors, billing, invoicing, tracking, and insurance
- Assisting the upper-level management and owners in establishing office policies and procedures
- Providing administrative support to upper management
- Preparing and filing necessary applications and reports
- Supervising office and administrative staff

- Location will be based in Meriden, CT
