Job Posting for Underground Miner at GMS Corporation

GMS is currently hiring a skilled Underground Hard Rock Miner near Oakland, MD. The successful candidate will be required to work mainly Monday - Friday, 10 hour shifts at an underground limestone mine. We will offer per diem/hotel for those coming from outside the local area. Candidates will maintain around 50 hours per week for the foreseeable future.

To gain consideration candidates must possess at least 5 years of underground mining experience in a hard rock mine. Additionally, 3 years running a jack leg drill is required to gain consideration.
