Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day office responsibilities, including invoicing, filing, scanning & copying documents
- Respond to and manage telephone calls and email requests
- Manage sales orders, requests for quotes from vendors, and general customer inquiries
- Provide project support by working with customers, placing stock purchase orders, and assisting with project estimates
- Develop product knowledge and build relationships with customers
- Monitor, track and report on project budget and status, including estimated project cost, project actuals and project forecasts; compare and communicate current budget status against projections
Other Competencies:
- Ability to self-manage, show initiative and be proactive
- Communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing to coworkers and customers
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 5 years of related work experience
- Strong Microsoft office skills
- Conduct basic analysis on business topics, project data/statistics and progress, systems impacts and other key challenges
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to remain in stationary position 70%
- Occasionally, will move about inside the office to access files, office machinery, etc.
- Must be able to operate basic office machinery
- Must be able to communicate with team and management and be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
- Constantly working in office environment
Mental Demands:
- Must be able to problem solve and prioritize tasks
- Must be able to manage stress depending on tasks
- Must be able to multitask
- Must be able to receive and analyze financial information
