Job Description
The Analyst, GNC Health will lead internal reporting and analysis across the GNC Health business. The role will optimize the GNC Health business through data. This position is responsible for partnering with internal stakeholders to utilize data driven analytics to amplify the GNC Health program.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Daily review, analysis and actionable findings for the GNC Health. business
- Track performance to budget, forecast and last year and align opportunities areas to drive fulfilled revenue
- Collaborating with the CRM team to provide actionable analysis of GNC Health omni consumer metrics
- Lead the annual operating plan creation related to the GNC Health. business
- Monthly subscription churn reporting and analysis
- Track product trends and consumer behavior to make recommendations on where we should focus time to generate additional business
- Streamline GNC Health program analytics with GNC Loyalty and identify and issue remediation
- Provide inputs needed for weekly summaries and detailed notes, actionable opportunities for internal teams, including Executive Committee
- Create and consult on findings and recommendations related to the GNC Health business
- Reporting creation in Tableau/PowerBI
- Ad hoc analysis
- Define and document recommended solutions that require improvements and present to impacted business leaders
- Point of contact, relationship management and backend troubleshooting for GNC Health service provider
- Ownership over GNC Health analytical needs for identification of risks and opportunities
- Ownership over GNC Health technical requirements – evolution of business requirements as program expands
- Ownership over all business reporting needs for weekly, monthly and quarterly reports
- Effective cross functional relationships and communication both internally and externally
- Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key accountabilities of the job required
- 4 years of experience in a data management/analytical role
- 4 years of experience as a business specialist or analyst in a retail setting required
- 2 years of experience as a business specialist or analyst in digital health/pharmaceuticals preferred
- SQL experience preferred
- Tableau experience required
- Power BI experience preferred
- High degree of proficiency MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications
- Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning)
- Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients
- Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
- Ability to work with and peers and senior management
- Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
