JOB ANNOUNCEMENT

Job Summary:

Under general supervision supports operational needs of District programs and clinics. Works collaboratively with internal and external

partners to ensure programs and clinics operate in accordance with policies and procedures. Proactively identifies opportunities for

improvement and develops strategies to implement needed changes. May supervise program areas and staff to support overall

organizational needs. Monitors budgets and program deliverable to ensure areas are operating in accordance with

requirements. Communicates effectively with District leadership and administrative areas and program and clinic leadership. Manages day

to day operational support needs for clinics and program areas. Tracks productivity and works collaboratively with clinic and program

leaders to optimize operations. Develops and monitors program and clinic contracts. Works with HR trainer to promote and enhance

collaborative teamwork through organizing and developing workforce development strategies for programs and clinical staff. Works

collaboratively with District Standards team to ensure appropriate evaluation and assessment of operations is achieved. Coordinates and

assists with planning meetings, preparing agendas, and preparing presentation materials. Performs other duties as necessary to support

organizational needs.

Minimum Qualifications:

Doctorate degree in a related field from an accredited college or university OR Master's degree in a related field
from an accredited college or university AND One year of management/supervisory experience in health care services OR Bachelor's degree
in a related field from an accredited college or university AND Two years of management/supervisory experience in health care services.
Note: Some positions may require certification and/or licensure.

Preferred Qualifications: 3 years of progressive customer service experience. Experience with executive level report writing and

delivering oral presentations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience managing day to day and overall operations of programs,
clinics or offices. Experience working in a Public Health or clinical care environment.
