Job Description:
- Enterprise Data Platform.
- Working on Teradata, ETL, Hadoop, and Data Lake House initiatives.
- Aiming to optimize storage, reduce vendor dependency, and migrate to the cloud.
Experience and Skills:
- Strong Teradata experience.
- Knowledge of cloud migration (specifically to platforms like Snowflake).
- Proficiency in database administration.
- Core Teradata knowledge.
- Platform-as-a-service models.
- Teradata testing experience.
- Experience in ETL, Hadoop
- Conduct proof of concept for Teradata hardware to reduce vendor dependence.
- Initiatives and Requests:
- Aim to separate storage and optimize infrastructure.
- Looking for expertise in core Teradata, typical platform-as-a-service models, and Teradata testing.
- Need to reduce vendor dependency and conduct infrastructure POC for Teradata hardware.
