Go! Calendars Games & Toys is looking for a Sales Associate to join our team! We are a locally owned and operated business that is focused on providing a variety of pop culture gift and at home hobby / play enjoyment products to our customers throughout the holiday season every year.
We are looking for a Sales Associate that is reliable, punctual, and has a positive attitude. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn on the go and enjoys an ever changing product flow , with up and down time type customer traffic.
Responsibilities
- Provide product/services recommendations to customers
- Answer incoming calls to store and answer questions
- Assist in online only product requests from customers
- Process sales orders through our touch screen POS system
- Help scan and process to display inventory cartons
- Fill out daily shift change and minor paper work logs
- Assist customers with questions about products or services
- Keep product displays pulled forward and straighten/dusted at all times.
- Other duties as assigned by management
Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required. A college degree in business administration, finance, or another related field preferred.
- Previous experience in sales preferred but not required. An interest in learning about the products we sell is required. This includes calendar types and themes, classic board and card games, puzzles, and non traditional board card games or party games.
Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 38 per week

Experience:
- Mall Setting or Dept Store Retail: 1 year (Preferred)
- Upselling Add On/Ex. Batteries for toy , side item for meal: 1 year (Preferred)
- Non Classic Game Play/Ex, What Do you Meme , Catan, MTG): 1 year (Preferred)
