Responsibilities and Duties

Provides 5 Star Guest Service to current and future guests, as well as, FBO partners and their guests and employees. Develops business and retains and provides services to guests.

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Exceptional Sales Experience both client-facing and telephonic sales a plus
• Previous Guest Services Experience
• Smartphone/tablet/technology savvy
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Must have guest services skills/background
• Must have a clean driving record
• Insurable
• Clear both Drug and Background Checks (TSA)
• Must be 21 years or older (Not Montana)
• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent. College degree preferred.
• This job entails working nights, weekends & extended hours. Also, some overtime required.

Qualifications

• Must have a Valid Unrestricted Drivers License
• 1-2 years of managerial experience
• Must be 21 years of age or older (Not Montana)
• Experience in the hospitality or aviation industry is strongly preferred
• Experience in sales and customer service
