Responsibilities for Market Manager
- Recruit (supported by corporate recruiting department), interview, hire and train employee managers for the assigned market stores.
- Driving sales in each of the assigned market stores by ensuring all promotions are executed within the set time frame. Creating peer to peer competition and motivating through positive reinforcement company programs.
- Ensuring GO! U Training is completed by all associates.
- Coaching and developing an employee manager in a very short window to maximize sales.
- Support employee managers with assistance in building/closing stores (kiosk or in-lines) including receiving and end of season returning store fixtures.
- Weekly and Daily communication with employee managers discussing key sales metrics, staffing and marketing execution. Ensuring company store standards being adhered to.
- Communicating with the Senior Manager of Stores, attending weekly conference calls and reporting
Qualifications for Market Manager
- Experience marketing manager with the ability to drive sales in a multi-store management manger.
- Background in recruiting, hiring and training.
- Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking
