- Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
- Locations to choose from - 1 hour from Albany, NY in beautiful Western MA
- Mon-Fri 40 hours a week with 1 in 8 call schedule
- 16-20 patients per day
- Outpatient primary care only
- Preference is an experienced FNP but will take a strong new grad with ties to the area
- EMR used is Athena
