What You’ll Do as a Store Manager
- Works in partnership with the Property Manager to support the day-to-day operations, maintenance, performance, planning, and lien processes.
- Manages the day-to-day operations of the business and provides a collaborative team environment.
- Manages cash and balancing receipts, pursues collections, posts payments, and processes daily bank deposits accurately and timely.
- Sells/upsells high quality retail merchandise such as boxes, locks, tape, and other moving supplies.
- Ability to maximize sales objectives with each prospective customer via the phone, web, or in person on location.
- Recommends and implements marketing strategies based on competitor information and your own great ideas.
- Identifies customers’ needs and provides solutions that will contribute to their storage experience.
- Responsible for general maintenance of property grounds.
- Some travel may be necessary to assist with coverage if needed.
