BRIEF DESCRIPTION
Vista Analyst supports the ERP team in ensuring the ERP is being utilized effectively, the data is complete and accurate, and that Finance and Accounting business partners are fully supported. This role will work with business partners to gather requirements and create documentation for Standard Operating Procedures. Tasked to support ERP enhancement development and testing and provide feedback on areas of improvement.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understands and creates Vista system enhancements.
- Partners with business users to understand business needs, documents detailed requirements, and works with Vista Admin to implement changes.
- Works with department leads to create business processes and provide recommendations on improving processes.
- Obtains data that is needed to be input into system and adds data completely, accurately, and timely. Works with Finance and Accounting to test for completeness and accuracy.
- Tests business processes during enhancements and integrations.
- Takes ownership of data and focus on data integrity.
- 2-5 years Vista experience.
- Experience with ERP workflow, system settings and configuration.
- Requirements and process flow documentation.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Detail oriented.
- Highly focused on strong customer service.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent IT work experience preferred.
- Minimal travel. Some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected for training or meetings.
