Position Summary
GoExceed is looking for a customer service-oriented Help desk technician to provide support in an efficient and accurate manner. You will be considered as the firm’s front liner solving basic technical problems and providing support for all assigned areas. You will be performing actions with all major cellular carriers (Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, etc). Utilizing a combination of internal and external systems to perform customer service, order placing, and technical support. We are a fun energetic company, doing everything we can to save our clients from the world of mobility!
Responsibilities
- Provide first level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues.
- Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support
- Track, route and redirect problems to correct resources.
- Update customer data and produce activity reports.
- Walk customers through problem solving process.
- Follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution.
- Utilize excellent customer service skills and exceed customers’ expectations.
- Ensure proper recording, documentation and closure.
- Recommend procedure modifications or improvements.
- Preserve and grow your knowledge of GoExceed procedures, products and services.
Your Key Qualities and Skills
- Proven working experience in providing help desk support.
- Proficiency in English
- Working knowledge of ticketing systems and utilizing a knowledge base
- Strong communication
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking
- Customer service
- Wireless carrier experience and knowledge of Gsuite and Excel are a major plus!
