Job Description

As a Product Manager, reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will be responsible for driving the success of our SaaS platform, ensuring that it remains the industry-leading solution for Wireless Expense Management. You will play a pivotal role in defining and executing the product strategy, roadmap, and vision, working closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Client Success.

Responsibilities

• Product Strategy and Vision: Collaborate with stakeholders(COO & CPO) to define and communicate the long-term vision and product strategy for Mobil(X) aligned with the company’s goals and market trends.
• Roadmap Planning and Execution: Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, incorporating customer feedback, market analysis, and business priorities. Drive the successful execution of the roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features and enhancements.
• Market and Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough market research, analyze industry trends, and monitor the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for product differentiation and innovation.
• Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand their pain points, and identify areas for improvement. Use customer insights to drive product enhancements and provide exceptional customer experiences.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align priorities, define product requirements, and ensure successful product launches.
• Product Development: Define product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Work closely with Engineering teams during the development process, providing guidance, clarifications, and ensuring adherence to product requirements.
• Product Launch and Adoption: Drive successful product launches by coordinating with Marketing and Sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, product positioning, messaging, and sales enablement materials. Monitor product adoption and success metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Analytics and Reporting: Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to measure product performance, identify opportunities for optimization, and make data-backed decisions.
• Industry Leadership: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in Wireless Expense Management. Act as a subject matter expert internally and externally, representing the company at industry events and conferences.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Proven experience (3-5 years) in product management or related roles, preferably in the software-as-a-service (SaaS) industry.
• Strong understanding of Wireless Expense Management (WEM) solutions and the mobile technology landscape.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing product strategies, roadmaps, and go-to-market plans.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable product requirements.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present to stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, JIRA) is preferred.
