JOB DUTIES:
- Provide administrative support and assistance, including miscellaneous tasks for the Maintenance & Quality Control team – this will include clerical and hands on.
- Assist with Maintenance & QC related paperwork – data entry & filing
- Answer and direct phone calls, as well as conduct follow-up calls
- Monitor Excel spreadsheets and Word documents with efficiency.
- Assist with office supplies ordering and restocking.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- HS Diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
- Must be proficient in MS Office and general internet applications
- Good oral and written communication and problem-solving skills
- Organized, detail oriented and self-motivated.
- Work well within a team, and independently when needed.
