What are the responsibilities and job description for the Interjet West - Office Coordinator position at GoFly365?

JOB DUTIES:

  • Provide administrative support and assistance, including miscellaneous tasks for the Maintenance & Quality Control team – this will include clerical and hands on.
  • Assist with Maintenance & QC related paperwork – data entry & filing
  • Answer and direct phone calls, as well as conduct follow-up calls
  • Monitor Excel spreadsheets and Word documents with efficiency.
  • Assist with office supplies ordering and restocking.
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • HS Diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
  • Must be proficient in MS Office and general internet applications
  • Good oral and written communication and problem-solving skills
  • Organized, detail oriented and self-motivated.
  • Work well within a team, and independently when needed.
