Responsibilities
- Work closely with the product owner to define the vision, goals and expectations
- Help in building a highly collaborative, self-organized team which has a clear direction, and delivers with consistent quality and speed
- Drive the principles of agile and lean methodologies
- Responsible for removing impediments by working across the teams, providing visibility and ownership to the team, promoting open dialog, resolving conflicts, promoting a culture of continuous learning
- Someone who is flexible and adopts the agile practices based on the requirements of the product and the team
- Open and approachable with excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, organization and time management skills
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience managing agile teams, experience with Scrum and Kanban
- Strong familiarity and adherence to agile principles and lean methodologies
- Familiarity with the principles of design thinking
- Ability to coach and mentor
- Ability to collaborate and influence people at various levels
- Familiarity with scaling agile frameworks like LeSS and SAFe is a plus
