Gojob is looking for a temp-to-perm Accessory installers in Smyrna, TN for a car manufacturing company!
No Experience? No Problem! We provide on-the-job training. One of our trainers will work with you until you are comfortable working on your own! Must have a valid Driver’s License.

Industry Leading Wages :
3rd shift : Sun - Thu, 8 : 30pm - 7am - $20 / hr
Upon Perm Hire by Manufacturing Company :
- Day Shift Starting Rate $17.50, moving to $20 within 12 months!
- Night Shift Starting Rate $20, moving to $21.75 within 12 months!
- $2 Increase within your first 12 months! First increase at 6 months and second at 12 months!

Responsibilities :
- Install accessories on vehicles such as paint guard film, (PGF) installation, rear bumper protectors, cross bars / roof racks, body side molding, cargo packages, wheel masks, cargo covers, and heated blind zone mirror
- Vehicle specification validation checks (topping off fluids and checking tire pressure)
Qualifications :
- Follow detailed written instructions to install a variety of accessories
- Walk and stand for much of your day
- Work overtime as needed
- Work in all weather conditions.
- Able to bend
