Gojob is hiring a temp-to-perm Warehouse Dispatcher in Nashville, TN for a global logistics company.

Shifts & Pay :
- 1st Shift (Mon-Fri) : 7am - 5pm - $18.50
- 1st Shift (Wed-Sun) : 7am - 5pm - $19
Benefits (*ONCE PERM*) :
Responsibilities :
- Monitor Daily discrepancy reports.
- Research and resolve errors, issues and / or discrepancies via WMS and various systems.
- Data entry, maintain necessary documentation and files, and review carrier paperwork for accuracy.
- Provides internal and external customer support.
- Provide necessary support to ensure warehouse and transportation schedules are attained.
- Heavy interaction with warehouse operators, carriers and warehouse logistics team.
- Schedule daily workload and department personnel.
Qualifications :
- Requires completion of a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Good mathematical skill.
- Strong organizational skills attention to detail.
- Ability to implement processes resulting in satisfactory audit practices.
- Must be able to work overtime when necessary and participate in physical inventory.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
