We need people who love meeting people and making others feel special. We have an award-winning distillery, a great brand and a great team. Our new Visitor Center is in a historic building (a 1930’s Pan Am Airport) with an incredible view on Treasure Island.

We need the biggest and best personalities to work behind our incredible 30 foot brass bar while the sun sets through the windows during Golden Hour. We are Gold Bar Whiskey. Sold in over 25 countries, we are proud to be the Official Whiskey of the San Francisco 49ers and one of the Bay Area’s fastest growing brands.

We are looking for dynamic personalities. We can teach you bartending skills, but we need curious, warm, fun loving people to take on this challenge to make our guests feel special.

Position: Server

As a Server at our Visitor Center’s Tasting Room, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have a memorable and delightful experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism
• Guiding guests through our whiskey selection and offering recommendations
• Selling bottles of our award-winning whiskies and gins
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
• Providing exceptional customer service and addressing guest inquiries
• Collaborating with the bartending team to ensure a seamless guest experience

Requirements:

• A great, welcoming, honest personality.
• Curious, with a love for people and history (we are located in one of the few original buildings from the 1939 World’s Fair on Treasure Island, the original Pan Am Airport)
• Previous experience in any customer facing service role
• Desired, but not required, previous experience in a high-end restaurant, bar, or hospitality setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail
• Open minded and a fast learner
