We're looking for a flexible, resourceful and conscientious Office Manager who will be instrumental in managing our office and facilitating the daily operations of this growing company. The Office Manager will be highly responsible for ensuring that all tasks are completed, and will have a direct impact on the day-to-day team performance. The ideal candidate for this position will enjoy working with a variety of different people, have experience with office administration and have exceptional writing skills.
Responsibilities:
- Serves as the first point of contact for visitors.
- Manages office equipment, such as copy machine, fax machine, and internet access.
- Schedules meetings and cancels meetings as necessary.
- Sends mail and packages.
- Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Communicates organizational policies to employees.
- Completes special projects as assigned.
- Manages the office budget.,.

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
