Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced recruiter to join our team. As a recruiter , you will be responsible for managing various aspects of employee relations and talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in relationship management, employee evaluation, and communication. Duties:
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels of the organization
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and regulations
- Manage employee onboarding, including new hire orientation and training programs
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Maintain accurate employee records
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in computer programs
- Ability to type at least 40 wpm
- Excellent phone skills and edicate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
