SUMMARY:

Goldbelt C6, LLC., is seeking a Webmaster/Website Designer to provide design and maintenance of multiple websites in support of the organizational mission. This role will support the Bureau of Population, Refugees, and Migration (PRM), Office of the Executive Director.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Design Bureau’s numerous and varied websites (home pages) to enhance website content and maintenance
• Enable greater outreach and interaction with numerous and varied constituencies, stakeholders, and the public
• Design and maintain various program-specific home pages
• Serve as a vehicle to increase cooperation, efficiency, and effectiveness in meeting bureau/office mission objectives.
• Confirm and prioritize project plans between the staff contractor, Bureau COR, and Office/Division supervisor (or Office Director or Deputy Director).

NECESSARY SKILL S& KNOWLEDGE:

• Demonstrated experience managing a website with strong graphic and web design skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of Web design and graphic tools.
• Familiarity with state-of-the-art Web design and maintenance tools required.
• Ability to learn and work with database applications.
• Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of web design and graphic tools.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least two (2) years of experience working in web design or webmaster function or environment.
• Significant familiarity or experience working for U.S. foreign affairs agencies and international organizations.
• Solid experience in HTML, other related Web technologies, and PC graphics software (such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and Flash).
• Excellent facility with standard software, including the complete Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, SharePoint), and ability to learn and work with other software and database applications.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
• Ability to travel as needed.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Currently has an active Secret clearance.
• Foreign language skills preferred.
• Prior experience working with the U.S. Department of State is highly desired to understand the culture and environment.
