What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Generalist position at Golden Bolt?
The HR Business Partner is both a strategic and hands-on role that provides full cycle Human Resources support to our Utah
and California Contact Centers. The role is critical in executing our people initiatives, providing great internal customer
support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement. The HRBP will manage desired culture and work
towards higher attainment of that culture.
This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: benefits administration via HRIS system, payroll
functions, employee relations, labor relations, training, performance management, on-boarding, policy implementation, risk
management, safety program development and implementation, recruitment/employment, and employment law compliance.
This position requires an extremely perceptive person who is capable of relating to individuals at all levels within the
organization
What Your Day to Day Looks Like:
- Supports the recruiting and selection process, onboarding and training. Interviews, screens and recruits job
applicants to fill entry-level to mid-level, professional and technical job openings.
5% - Acts as point of contact for all Leave of Absence matters and transactions. 5%
- Creates and supports onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal
procedures and processes.
15% - Supports the development of positive employee relations, retention and reward programs. 25%
- Provides coaching and counseling to employees and managers on a variety of people matters. 10%
- Acts as the liaison between Golden Bolt and the parent company’s HR organization, and helps
execute/implement people programs and initiatives at the local level from performance management,
employee surveys, bonus programs, etc.
20% - Supports all payroll, HRIS and reporting related tasks as needed. 5%
- Ensures compliance with federal and state laws and regulations, including OSHA, LOA administration,
EEOC, and W/C.
5% - May take on additional responsibilities and tasks as needed.

- Experience working in a collaborative group environment as well as individually

Salary : $39,700 - $50,300
