Golden Coast Construction & Restoration is currently hiring for a full-time Fire Restoration Coordinator/Loss Consultant to work in either the Greater Sacramento or Greater Seattle areas, responding to all leads for fire restoration services and assisting the affected property owners through their next steps. This customer service/sales position earns a competitive commission-based compensation that ranges from $75,000 - $300,000/year with a draw paid against the commission.

DAY-TO-DAY
This position works a varied schedule depending on the need for fire restoration services.
As a Loss Consultant, you are an important member of our team and a lifesaver to our clients who have been impacted by a fire or a large-scale emergency. Your job is to be on hand and eager to help whenever a disaster occurs and our services might be required. In order to respond quickly, you monitor your lead sources and establish a working relationship with local emergency agencies, sometimes acting as an onsite manager during fires or other disasters.
With compassion, you provide support to the affected property owners and educate them about the steps it will take to rebuild. Calling upon your skills in sales or customer service, you communicate clearly and make sure our clients understand what comes next. As you work together, you form a strong relationship with our clients, and they come to trust your integrity and expertise.
When the occasion arises, you also participate in community events to let people know we will be there for them when they need us most. You don't love it when disasters happen, but you do love guiding our clients through them. Helping people rebuild their lives brings you great satisfaction!
