Job Posting for Customer Service Representative at Golden Customer Care
THE ROLE
Meet and exceed all customer expectations by focusing on their needs and over delivering. We do this by assisting customers with questions concerning products, shipping, billing activities on customer accounts. This position is within call center operations and is expected to meet or exceed goals set in; quality assurance, number of calls taken, wait times, and length of call. The ability to consistently deliver positive customer service is key. High level of teamwork and cooperation within the Customer Care Team is required to meet our customer satisfaction goals. We offer flexible work options: Remote (select states) or Onsite (Salt Lake CIty)
WHAT YOUR DAY WILL BE LIKE
Handle various accounts simultaneously
Research and reconcile problems concerning charges and payments
Correct/update customer information as appropriate
Document accounts with actions taken/customer requests
Work with customers to increase membership retention, sales, and overall brand loyalty
Place orders for customers as requested
Track shipments
Meet standard call center performance metrics
Perform other Duties as assigned
