Our home office and manufacturing facility is based in Denver Colorado. We are a family owned and operated company.

We are looking to add an experienced beverage sales representative in Southern California. The role would manage our current distributors and key accounts along with expanding our market share in multiple channels. The role will report to the Sales Director.

Ideal Candidate:
*
*

  • 2 years of experience working in the non-alcohol and/or alcohol beverage industry.
  • Experience growing brand(s) in Southern California.
  • Experience working with beverage distributors, key accounts, convenience, on/off premise accounts and independent accounts.
  • Excellent presentation skills, capable of motivating distributor sales representatives.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, self-starter, well versed in business acumen, relationship building, and excellent organizational skills.
  • Capable of creating and implementing distributor programming.
  • Must have a vehicle and valid driver's license to travel throughout territory.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Sales Execution - Create, execute, and meet quarterly sales goals.
  • New Account Activation - Visit 8-10 accounts daily to pitch products & build brand awareness.
  • Distributor Market Work - Work with distributor sales representatives to introduce brand(s) in their territories.
  • In Store Marketing - Set up demos, offer POS items, enter set pictures into Lilypad, restock shelves (if needed), update distributor contacts on inventory needs.
  • Sales Representative Education - Help distributor sales representatives understand value of brands, how to pitch to accounts, attend sales team meetings, provide marketing materials, update on any new innovations.
  • Competitive Landscape- Firm understanding of competition.
  • Sales & Route Planning - utilize Lilypad to plan and execute weekly sales routes.
  • Team Collaboration - work with Sales Director and teammates to implement sales strategies to increase points of distribution and increase sales velocity.
  • Event Participation - be the point person for events in the market.
  • Update CRM Platform Daily - LilyPad
