We are seeking an experienced Clinic Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in ABA, authorizations, credentialing, and a passion for providing excellent customer service. The Clinic Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including scheduling appointments, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to think critically and problem solve.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the clinic.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for the clinic.
  • Provide guidance to staff on administrative matters.
  • Monitor patient flow and ensure that services are provided in a timely manner.
  • Oversee the hiring, training, and evaluation of staff.
  • Develop budgets and monitor financial performance of the clinic.
  • Maintain relationships with external vendors and suppliers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
