Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides supervision to all imaging technologists.
- Assists with operational assessment and maintenance of equipment and supplies.
- Responsible for departmental staffing and scheduling.
- Oversees department meetings and provides staff in-service education.
- Prepares an annual budget and monitors financial performance within the department.
- Conducts staff appraisals according to hospital policy.
- Coordinates image quality for all imaging services in the organization.
- Complies with all state, FDA, and MQSA, ACR, and NRC requirements.
Role requirements:
- Associate's degree required
- Registry in at least one modality preferred
- One to three year’s supervisory experience desired.
