About the Position:
The Receptionist/Scheduling Coordinator will be the main point of contact for customers and vendors, both in-person and on the phone, greeting and routing them to the correct department, all while maintaining a positive attitude so that our customers always have great experience.
Position Requirements:
- Management of the main phone line and voicemail box (high volume)
- Welcoming and directing guests as they arrive in the office
- Schedule appointments for Estimators and facilitate follow up communication
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail, including packages
- File Work Orders weekly and other misc. filing
- Process deposits and data entry
- Review and distribute online inquiries
- Assist Residential Sales Manager and Sales team as necessary
Preferred Experience/Skills:
- Three years managing a multi-phone line system
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Preferred Salesforce software experience
- Highly organized with close attention to detail
- Team Player while maintaining professionalism
