What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recruiter position at Goldin?
Goldin is currently seeking a Recruiter to join our People Team. You will partner with our hiring managers to understand and anticipate their needs and priorities in order to help significantly scale teams across corporate and operation functions. You will work to identify and engage passive candidates and manage the full-cycle recruiting process for a wide variety of candidates, and help us hire effectively, efficiently, and inclusively. In addition to working closely with senior stakeholders, you’ll get to closely collaborate with human resources to effectively drive change and propose process improvements. This is an exciting space for someone to make a big impact -- we have grown our staff 4x since the beginning of 2021!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build successful relationships with key business leaders and serve as a primary source of recruitment strategy, consultation, and education for all roles.
- Manage full life cycle recruitment (post, source, prescreen, schedule, interview, background, references, offer, onboarding, etc.).
- Be a champion of structured interview processes and ensure that candidates are seamlessly moving through the interview process
- Complete hiring process within defined metrics to minimize overall time-to-start.
- Strategize on ways to successfully build talent pipelines for multiple, complex searches, with a particular focus on using data to drive decision making and strategies
- Create and utilize innovative recruitment methods that are designed to attract exceptional candidates in an effective and efficient manner.
- Manage offers by extending offers, negotiating, and acting as an internal advocate for candidates
- Create and maintain an environment of equal employment opportunity and diversity.
- Manage other projects and duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent work experience
- At least 1 year of recruiting experience including experience supporting corporate and warehouse operations.
- Experience with a broad range of recruiting methodologies, including sourcing capabilities (passive and active), internet, employee referrals, professional networking, etc.
- Experience working as part of an “in-house” internal recruitment team with a proven track record of success owning the entire recruiting process
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong relationships, influence people, and build high levels of trust and commitment.
- Exceptional performance and record of achievement.
- Demonstrated ability to execute high performance recruiting practices.
