Job Description: We’re looking for a sales representative, who seeks out and actively engages with clients. Responsible for customer acquisition and brand growth objectives, executing key growth sales strategies, and building strategic relationships with retailer purchasing departments, buyers, and other distributors within the cannabis industry. Ideal candidates should be experienced and comfortable discussing cannabis products, making a high volume of calls and in-store visits daily, generating interest, qualifying customers, and closing sales. QUALIFICATIONS ·Must be 21 years or older · Must have a reliable transportation · Must be able to drive far distances · Must have a hands-on, proactive customer service style
- Must have excellent communication and organizational skills · Valid state driver's license
- Must have a basic understanding of cannabis products, laws, rules, and regulations set forth by the state and local authorities
- Able to demonstrate ownership, accountability, initiative, and quality of work
- Communicates interacts and works effectively with others while maintaining a high level of professionalism
