Position Summary:
Reporting directly to the President/CEO, the Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support for the CEO and Executive team to ensure they can efficiently accomplish the goals and initiatives of the organization. This includes filtering and attending to the day-today functions so that the CEO can focus on high-level leadership and strategy functions.
Responsibilities include a variety of administrative duties of a complex and confidential nature. Must be able to manage multiple projects, effectively prioritize, and anticipate the needs of the executive. The schedule for this position is typically Monday-Friday with flexibility required to work weekends and nights as needed. This position preferably is in Orlando, FL with the potential for remote work.
The successful candidate should have 5 years of high-level Personal and/or Executive Assistant experience with verifiable references in similar roles and must possess the following qualities:

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the liaison for the executive and build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, external partners and the community
- Performs scheduling tasks including: calendar coordination, managing meeting attendee confirmations, reserving conference rooms and meeting spaces, assuring that all administrative needs are met prior to a meeting
- Assists the executive with email management including responding to communications on behalf of the CEO
- Prepare executive for all meetings and records meeting minutes as needed
- Books all travel for the executive team both domestically and internationally and builds out itineraries
- Serves the executive team and department heads to meet and exceed their administrative needs
Qualifications
Knowledge/Skills Required:
- Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
- Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various
competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response - Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast paced
environment - Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite- Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Willing to take on tasks outside of normal business hours
- Expert knowledge office systems and procedures
- A passion for golf is a strong positive
Compensation and Benefits:
- Seven (7) company observed holidays: New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day
