Golin is looking for a Senior Manager to join our Employee Communications and Engagement Team. The role will be client-facing (not internal communications for Golin) and will be responsible for leading day-to-day work for a roster of historic and iconic global brands.

What You’ll Do:
- Serve as a key day-to-day client contact and organize teams to deliver on projects where you apply your expertise and knowledge of employee communications and engagement while managing a great client relationship
- Create strategic plans and lead execution of communication campaigns and tactics for clients including the development of documents, logistics coordination for internal interviews, workshops, activities, events, audio/video recordings, etc.
- Serve as a “go-to” subject matter expert for your agency and client teams. Conduct research and monitor news and reports to stay ahead of industry trends and best practices, client and competitor brand activity, and ensure Golin delivers game-changing ideas and solutions
- Develop and manage client budgets and team staffing
- Partner with Golin’s G4 communities of analytics, strategist, media, digital and creative team members to bring additional expertise and skills to our clients
- Produce/write and edit a variety of deliverables including key messages, narratives, presentations, toolkits, intranet stories, leader emails, newsletter content, speeches, scripts, storyboards, social media posts, among others
- Assist with supervision and development of junior team members’ growth and learning
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5 years of communications experience; must have worked in an agency in a client-facing role and welcome in-house internal and/or corporate communications background
- Demonstrated expertise in employee communications and engagement, organizational transformation, corporate culture, DEI and others in large, complex global organizations
- Believer in a strong, diverse and inclusive workplace culture, and will advocate for and contribute to efforts that enhance the environment for all
- Flexibility to oversee multiple projects and demonstrate grace under pressure while flexing impeccable project and time management skills
- Be detail oriented with an ability to focus on the larger picture
- Strong writing, editing and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and produce client-ready deliverables
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with internal and client teams at all levels
- Creative problem-solver and storyteller who can look at challenges from different angles to get to the best solutions and influence others to take action
- Accountable and can thrive in a fast-paced environment
