Responsibilities
- Demonstrate use of products to prospective customers.
- Work with your team to ensure high levels of efficiency and to increase overall sales.
- Establishing and maintaining high standards of quality customer service.
- Serve as a consultant and product knowledge specialist to potential customers.
- Contact customers to verify their satisfaction.
- Acquire and retain strong product and industry knowledge.
- Answer phones and route calls as appropriate.
- Generate leads from satisfied customers.
- Inventory control/General Clerical Duties.
- Maintain clean work environment
The position requires working with a point of sale, and providing great customers service, follow-up calls, etc. Saturdays are mandatory work days.
Education requirements: H. S. diploma
Qualifications and Skills
The applicant must have a good command of the English language, orally and written. The applicant must be proficient in adding, subtraction, multiplication and division. The applicant must be self driven and motivated to learn the skills required to service our customer, and to be proficient in using Word and Excel.

Requirements:
- HS Diploma
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Basic computer know-how and familiarity with common business applications (Microsoft POS System, Excel, and Word, web browsers, etc.).
- Saturday is a mandatory work day. You will have a day off during the week. We are closed on Sundays.
