A Restaurant Manager assists in managing all aspects of the restaurant. These include customer service, employee performance and development, restaurant costs, safety, facilities, administration, and corporate values.

The job requirements of a restaurant manager are:
- You have recent fast food management experience.
- Ability to stand and walk in the kitchen for extended periods of time (get those steps in ya'll).
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. (sometimes repetitively – getting your workout on).
- Proficient in English.
