GENERAL FUNCTION:
Under the supervision of the Operations and Design Studio Manager, the Sales & Settlement Coordinator is
responsible for all Contract paperwork from origination through Closing, with other Specific Duties and Responsibilities listed below:

responsible for all Contract paperwork from origination through Closing, with other Specific Duties and Responsibilities listed below:
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Contracts:
o Add new contract documents to the server
o Create Community Lot Folders on the server
o Approve contracts in Sales software & update all other software & reports
o Process Sales Agreement executed documents, including emailing executed copies to all parties and internal Team Members.
o Ensure Earnest money and Option deposits and deposited.
o Review Commitment Memos and process after execution.
o Process cancel checklists and cancel agreements
o Maintain Contract Accuracy Report
o Add and Update community lot information in 6.11 and Kova
o Ratify and Slot Homes on the Start Schedule
- Closings:
o Schedule Closing related appointments with Purchaser via phone/email
o Coordinate with the Lender and Customer Care & Title company for Closing date & time and pricing verification.
o Email information to all parties concerning confirmation of all Closing related appointments
o Coordinate with Purchaser’s Lenders to complete all pertinent documents: Contracts, Change Orders, Builders’ Certification, etc.
o Process Closing documents & file as needed
o Review and approve CD/Alta’s sent from Title Company
o Ensure warranty documents are submitted correctly.
- Both:
o Attend Ops Meeting Weekly, Great Game of Business, and team meetings
o Review and update information on the SSC Contract Checklist continuously
o Update Scorecard daily
o Assist Operations and Design Studio Manager and VP of Operations as needed
o Special Projects as assigned
