Jobe Overview - As Bookkeeper/Administrative assistant, you are responsible for tracking and managing the financial data of multiple clients including processing payroll, filing tax returns and preparing financial statements.

Job Requirements - Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping principles with proven experience. Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records. Document transaction details, enter financial transactions in databases, reconcile company's bank statements. Knowledge of regulatory requirements of processing payroll accounting transactions and payroll returns. Generate and analyze company financial reports. File and remit taxes and other financial obligations. Track fixed assets and prepare depreciation schedules. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to multi-taxk, prioritize, meet deadlines, solve practical problems and deal with a variety of changing situations. Possess excellent verbal and written skills withe the ability to communicate complex data clearly. Strong team building, decision making and people management skills. Have a positive and optimistic attitude. Be self-motivated and self-directed. Must be able to work well with others in a team environment, have a high level of integrity and trustworthiness.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Physical setting:

  • Office

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

  • Pulaski, PA 16143: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Bookkeeping: 3 years (Preferred)
