Here we grow again! Goodin Ground Maintenance is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Landscape Production Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of landscape production, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership abilities, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding results.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of landscape production crews, including scheduling, logistics, and equipment maintenance.
- Report directly to our landscape Project Manager and schedule upcoming installation jobs.
- Read landscape blueprints and layout installation jobs ahead of crews being on site.
- Call in utility locates for installation jobs.
- Monitor project budgets and expenses to ensure profitability and cost-effectiveness.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain PPE and a safe working environment.
- Train and mentor production Team Leads to enhance their skills and performance.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, materials usage, and labor hours.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work meets quality standards and client expectations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial landscape installation and maintenance.
- OSHA 30 certified or able to obtain OSHA 30 certification.
- Proven track record of successfully managing landscape production crews and projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual a plus.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $53,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
