About the Role
GoodRx is looking for a highly motivated and healthcare experienced marketer to join the Pharma Manufacturer Solutions team as Director of HCP Marketing and report to the Vice President, Strategy & Business Development. HCPs are among the most engaged audiences for GoodRx. HCP are our most avid referral partners, guiding patients and consumers to GoodRx to get the healthcare they need at a price they can afford.
This individual will have a passion for digital healthcare and thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial team environment. They will lead launches of marketing tactics designed to reach healthcare professionals (doctors, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, pharmacists and other clinical staff). They will have direct interface with health systems, HCP associations, medical publishers, creative agencies, pharmaceutical clients and other business constituents and will be a key representative for our portfolio of solution offerings. The ideal candidate will have a skillset that is a balanced mix of building cohesive marketing strategies, executing marketing campaigns, understanding effective messaging, project management capabilities, analyzing ROI and people management skills. Their effective work will foster a heightened awareness of GoodRx to our HCP audiences and work collaboratively internally and externally to help achieve our mission of affordable healthcare.
Responsibilities
● Define high-level strategies, channels, and campaigns to drive HCP growth in Core, Manufacturer Solutions, and newly launched product GoodRx Provider Mode
● Lead efforts to collaborate & strategize with corporate marketing and other internal marketing teams to build out and execute a cohesive marketing plan across the Pharmaceutical Manufacturer Solutions business vertical
● Optimize existing channels and campaigns to maintain ROI-positive efforts - including our sales rep program, HCP influencer program as well as print and digital campaigns among others
● Manage assets for provider mode go-to-market in the most high value and high ROI HCP marketing channels
● Maintain evergreen HCP campaigns across all channels
● Partner and support mead teams in purchasing and optimizing media placement for HCP-facing advertising
● Support internal and external creative teams to deliver effective pharmaceutical solution campaigns and briefs with HCP messaging or relevant content.
● Serve as subject matter expert on HCP audiences across the organization. Support insights team to develop deep understanding for product and marketing effectiveness.
● Serve as subject matter expert on Pharmaceutical Manufacturer Solutions specific to HCPs related to both brand and generic drugs
● Own, track, and manage budget spend against plan, and report to finance and corporate marketing operations
● Lead a team to ensure HCP marketing stays on track toward individual and team goals
● Develop direct reports as a people leader focused on both business and personal goals
Skills and Qualifications
● 8 years of experience in marketing with a focus in healthcare, HCPs or pharmaceuticals
● Experience leading a team and developing direct reports
● Ability to think creatively and a familiarity with quantitative and qualitative marketing assessments
● Organizational and project management skills
● Ability to balance short-term priorities with longer-term business goals
● Skilled problem-solver, and willingness work collaboratively and roll up sleeves
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Some travel required
● Proficient with market tools and software as well as the ability to learn platforms quickly
