POSITION SUMMARY
The Shopgoodwill Product Specialist demonstrates behaviors consistent with our Mission, Vision and Values, on behalf of Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana. The specific responsibilities of this role are to identify, select, and ship high value items to our eCommerce facility to support the growth of Goodwill’s online sales.
Hours Of Operation
8:00am to 10:00pm Monday thru Saturday
10:00am to 8:00pm Sunday
Responsibilities
- Searching incoming donations for high value merchandise.
- Processing and organizing products for eCommerce and in store showcases.
- Completing all required training to help their site achieve their online sales goals.
- Maximizing online posting percentage while maintaining a high average ticket.
- Maintaining clean and orderly work area.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or GED is recommended; or equivalent combination of training and experience
- Military experience highly preferred
- Ability to meet production goals and KPIs relevant to the sale of high value items.
- Knowledge of antique and designer products and pricing preferred
- Internet navigation proficiency
- Passion for learning about antiques / high value items
- Results-oriented and driven to achieve goals
- Solid communication verbal and written skills
