This client is a worldwide leader in the research, development and commercialization of highly effective low-risk, environmentally compatible technologies and products for the agricultural, public health, forestry, and household markets.
Hours: Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm \ 1 HR lunch and a 20-minute unpaid break.
Starting Pay $28/HR
Temp to Hire / roughly 4.5 months temp period*

Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting visitors and checking them in accordingly.
- Responsible for handling security badge assignments for the site
- Maintaining and organizing electronic (and paper) file and records systems
- Coordinates and monitors the submission process for R&D-related expenses
- Processes purchase orders, capital equipment requests and invoices
- Checks requests in an accurate and timely manner
- Monitor and report Biorational Research Center expenses and budgets, including EHS (Environmental Health Safety).
- Manage and maintain the Laboratory stockroom system
- Acts as a liaison with vendors and property management.
Requirements:

- Has supported a larger corporation in the past
- Good time management skills
- Basic computer functions and SAP
