Goodwin seeks a highly qualified mid-level associate (J.D. class of 2019 - 2013) to join our Private Equity Group focusing on growth equity transactions (with a significant focus on the tech sector). Candidate must have experience both working in teams and in managing components of transactions independently, with specific experience with (i) the NVCA model transaction documents, (ii) running late-stage alphabet venture capital rounds, (iii) private tender offers / secondary share purchase transactions, and (iv) similar company or investor-side equity financing transactions. Additional consideration for candidates with M&A experience.

Candidate must be proactive, with a strong business sense, stellar communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage internal and external client and counsel relationships.
