- 3 years of experience as a Pastry Chef at a Luxury property
- Experience with high-end banquets, small parties, or in-suite dining
- Mature and seasoned leadership abilities
- Experience with all-scratch pastry including breads, laminated doughs, dessert production, multi-tiered cakes, petit fors, and chocolate
- Experience with a contribution to menu design and NRO preferred
Luxury Pastry Chef Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Executive Chef on the vision for the food program
- Manage pastry production and team members
- Develop systems and organization, hold the team and themself accountable
- Meet with members and guests, be presentable and social
