Job Summary
Seeking an experienced MCS Operator / Administrator for a US company in Germany. This role will require some US travel.
MCS Operator and Administrator Responsibilities :
- Conduct system testing to ensure proper operation of MCS and associated network connections.
- Demonstrate the capabilities and operational procedures of the system
- Administer and operate the U.S. Army’s suite of Army Battle Command Systems (ABCS) / Mission Command Systems (MCS) in a training setting
- Configure ABCS / MCS components with appropriate software versions, ensure network connectivity, and maintain related hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Update MCS databases and adjust parameters to accurately reflect current military operations during training events
- Load software, troubleshoot software and hardware issues, replace parts as needed, set up and dismantle MCS hardware, and configure software and hardware to meet training requirements
MCS Operator and Administrator Requirements :
- Must hold an active SECRET clearance with the ability to initiate a Single Scope Background Investigation for a TS / SCI clearance.
- Either Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of recent specialized experience OR Associate’s degree plus 7 years of recent specialized experience
